The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7 PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. Doing this also puts you into both intermittent fastings increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis.  

I love the easy-to-follow meal planning in this diet book.  Each day is planned out with not only the meals for the day but choices for each day.  Sometimes, the hardest thing about diets is not to know what foods to eat and what they work best together. The food lists and great recipe ideas make dieting and getting healthier easy as pie (or ice cream)!

Thinking of ice cream, my favorite recipe so far from Always Eat After 7 PM is the Cherry Garcia Ice Cream. Who could imagine that ice cream would be not only an option but encouraged!
